Overview of Winemaking Services

Outsourcing expert winemaking is an extremely cost effective approach to producing premium wine. It allows smaller producers to enjoy the scale advantages of larger winemakers. Clients find NV invaluable to their marketing. Winebuyers are able to visit with clients to view our state of the art winery, taste from their barrels maturing in the thermo-mass climate controlled barrel hall, as well as meet with the winemaker. Clients value the fixed price winemaking contract.

Winemaking fees are comprehensive, including the finest quality consumables and best practices in winemaking. We specialise in integrating uncompromising quality control with expert winemaking. This approach has resulted in many trophy and gold-medal winning wines.

Wine is prepared to bottle-ready stage, including alcohol analysis, stability testing, cross-flow filtration and adjustment of all chemistries to bottling specifications. Cross-flow filtration ensures higher yields of finished wine, optimises wine quality and eliminates diatomaceous earth residues from the environment.

Clients supply their own barrels including silicone bungs or oak alternatives. Naturaliste Vintners offers detailed recommendations on cooperage, cooperage alternatives and style development. We have no commercial relationships with any suppliers.
