As many of our team are coming up for long service leave, it is nice to welcome our resident Biochemist and Graduate Winemaker, Sophie Ward to our permanent team.  Sophie has commenced as our Assistant Winemaker, with a white wine focus. 

Sophie holds a degree in biochemistry from University of Canterbury in New Zealand, followed by a Masters degree in winemaking from the University of Adelaide. As well as being a published author, Sophie is passionate about global wine styles and has worked in the Barossa Valley, Cognac, Central Otago, Burgundy, and Canada’s Okanagan Valley. Sophie brings an amazing level of attention to detail and passion to her position.
